Three ways to work with me, depending on whether you need a one-time read on a specific decision, a steady advisory presence over time, or a deep engagement to shape strategy. Every engagement is scoped to a defined decision or outcome — not a retainer of meetings. If none of these fits your situation, the discovery call is the right place to start.


Tier 1 — Executive Intelligence Briefing

Format: One-time engagement
Investment: $1,500
Best for: Leaders facing a single, time-bound decision who need an outside read.

A focused, one-time intelligence and strategy assessment on a specific question you’re weighing — a market entry, a counterparty risk, a geopolitical exposure, a cyber incident in your sector, a federal opportunity. You bring the question; I bring the analysis. Delivered as a written brief and a 60-minute working session.

  • One round of follow-up questions in writing within 5 business days

Tier 2 — Core Advisory Retainer

Format: Monthly retainer (3-month minimum)
Investment: $4,500 / month
Best for: Executives who need a steady advisory voice across multiple decisions over time.

A standing advisory relationship for leaders who face cyber, geopolitical, or federal-strategy questions on a recurring basis. We meet regularly, you have me on call between meetings, and I keep watch on the threat and policy environment relevant to your business. The retainer scales with what you actually need each month — some weeks it’s a single sharp question, some weeks it’s a developing situation that requires daily attention.

  • Two scheduled working calls per month (additional ad-hoc by arrangement)
  • Direct access via secure channel between calls
  • A monthly written read on developments relevant to your sector and exposures
  • Light document review (briefs, board memos, vendor proposals, etc.)

Tier 3 — Cyber Strategy & Federal Growth Accelerator

Format: 6-month deep engagement
Investment: $30,000–$50,000 (scoped per engagement)
Best for: Companies positioning to enter, expand, or defend a position in U.S. federal markets.

A six-month engagement designed for technology and security companies that need a coherent federal strategy — not a vendor list, not a partner intro, an actual plan. We work the threat landscape, the federal customer’s actual needs, your competitive position, and the contracting paths that fit. The output is a strategy your leadership team can execute, plus the relationships and tradecraft to execute it well.

  • Discovery and threat-landscape analysis specific to your market
  • Federal customer mapping: who buys, what they’re solving for, what they’re hearing from your competitors
  • Positioning, messaging, and proof-point development for federal audiences
  • Contract pathway analysis (direct, prime, sub, OTAs, SBIRs, etc.)
  • Bi-weekly executive working sessions and ongoing async access
  • A written strategic plan deliverable at month 3 and a refresh at month 6
